Single Supplement
If staying in ensuite double/twin room or booking several single occupancy rooms you will be charged full price except in low season when a £25 discount will be applied. This also applies to traditional non-ensuite rooms at weekends.

Cancellation Policies
Cancellation Policy (bookings of up to 3 rooms): We request that guests who wish to make either a cancellation or amendment to their booking, do so no later than 14 days prior to their arrival date. Please note that cancellation later than 14 days before arrival will result in a 50% charge, whilst last minute (3 days or less) cancellations result in a full charge. In some cases, under this policy, charges may be applied to a credit or debit card held on record, without prior notification to the card holder.

Four-poster double bed, large bathroom including bath with shower attachment, WC, washbasin. Ground floor with disabled access. Tea and coffee making facilities.
Premium Room
Kingsize double/twin bed(s), large bathroom including rolltop bath with shower attachment, WC, washbasin. French windows to balcony with garden access. Tea and coffee making facilities. Premium room No.20 includes sofa-bed (can accommodate 2 more guests - please telephone us for rates).
